Meridian uses the third-party service providers below to help deliver the Service. They process data on our behalf and only to provide services to us, under contractual or published-policy terms. This page supplements our Privacy Policy.

Documents you upload may be reviewed and processed by Meridian personnel using Anthropic’s Claude to extract and organise the data; the whole document may be provided to the AI model. Model training on this data is switched off.
We may add or replace sub-processors as the Service evolves. Locations are indicative and may change. We will update this page, and where a change is material we will take reasonable steps to notify customers. For questions, contact privacy@sprout.enterprises.
